All MASTER CLASSES / WORKSHOPS during the Dance Grand Prix Sofia 2027 contest days are FREE for all registered participants.
Private lessons or individual coaching are available only for DGPS27 participants but must be requested in advance.
DISCOUNTS:
*MEMBERS prices apply automatically to dancers who participated in DGPS 2026, attended any of DGPS-organized masterclasses in 2026, or are active CID members. These dancers use the Members price group for all entry and application fees.
EARLY BIRD -10%
A 10% discount applies to all entry fees and application fees for registrations submitted until November 30th, 2026. This discount can be applied to Regular or Members fees. It does not apply to media packages, backstage passes, or any additional costs.
BIG GROUP -25%
Schools registering more than 20 dancers receive a 25% discount on entry fees. This discount can be applied to Regular or Members entry fees. It does not apply to application fees, media packages, backstage passes, or additional costs.
Discounts may not be combined.
If a dancer or school qualifies for multiple discounts, only the highest percentage discount will be applied.
The Members price group is a base price category, not a percentage discount, and may be combined with either Early Bird or Big Group - but Early Bird and Big Group cannot be used together.
SURCHARGES:
In the event of late registration, +30% surcharge will be applied to the entry fee.
In the event of late application, +30% surcharge will be applied to application fees of each late entry.
NO discounts apply in the event of late registration.
Surcharges DO NOT apply to invited participants and scholarship winners.

FOR SCHOOLS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL INVITATIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS OTHER DEADLINES ARE APPLICABLE.
Entry fees must be paid at the time of registration. Registration will not be validated without proof of payment. Payment details are available in the Registration form.
Application fees must be paid within 7 working days after receiving confirmation and payment instructions. Failure to pay within the deadline may result in disqualification or replacement.
**Media package
We offer professional photos and video in media package at 35 Euro per soloist or per group dance. More information about requesting and receiving media package after the event is available on the DGPS webpage.
How is the media package calculated: Soloists pay once for the media package, regardless of the number of solos or group dances they participate in. Groups pay 35 Euro per dance, regardless of the number of dancers participating.
Please avoid using flashes or camera lights, as this may affect the dancers’ performance. Do not stand or move around the theater during a dance.
BACKSTAGE PASSES
Backstage passes are provided free of charge for one adult accompanying each minor soloist, as well as up to two choreographers/representatives per school or dance group, according to DGPS rules. Additional backstage passes must be ordered in advance and cost 10 Euro each.
DAILY AUDIENCE TICKETS FOR THE COMPETITION will be available on location. Prices will be announced in due time.
