Dance Grand Prix Sofia MAY 2026 includes:

• HOBBY and PRO divisions
• Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, National/Folklore/Character dance, Jazz, Show Dance, Song & Dance/Musical styles
• Age groups starting from 6 and under to 25 years old
• Solos, Duos/Trios, Quartets, Small groups and Large formations
• Feedback from the jury

Applying for Dance Grand Prix Sofia 2026 is easy:

1. Register for the contest

Submit information about the number of participants and number of dances you will perform. Pay registration fee to reserve your spot(s) at the event.
You can add more participants and/or dances (upon availability), or change categories before the application deadline.

2. Submit your application

Once registered, you can send us your applications. Applications and application fees should be confirmed before final payment is made.
With exclusive access to Members' Area, you will be able to check your applications and other important information about the event.

We are inviting teachers, talent scouts, mentors, choreographers and dance directors from across the globe. They come to share their priceless expertise, advises and unique approach which can only help young dancers evolve to the better. We are proud to present the panel of experts who are joining Dance Grand Prix Sofia Team.

Our jury is always in search of talented students to invite in some of the most prestigious dance schools. Each year some of the best dancers at Dance Grand Prix Sofia find education opportunities.

Dance Grand Prix Sofia 2026 has amended dance categories. Select your categories carefully.

DGPS reserves the right to request change in Pro/Hobby division for a dancer or a dance group, as well as change in dance style of a dance, if more appropriate.

The jury reserves the right to change Pro/Hobby division for a dancer or a group, or to change dance style for a dance, if they find more appropriate.

Dance Grand Prix Sofia 2026 will take place in the heart of Sofia - in the National Palace of Culture. The theater is easily accessible and fully equipped for a big international dance event. Both masterclasses and contest will take place in the same location as per the event schedule.
